After less than 12 months of The LCW Group’s consultancy and leadership, several of Welkin Development’s urban infill projects broke through a five-year suspension of entitlement progress and resumed advancement. The LCW Group continues to act as the director of development and assumes the role of owner’s representative while communicating with agencies, overseeing the consultant team, and providing site planning and landscape architecture design.
