Mr. Li C. Wang, founder of The LCW Group, is the recipient of the Chinese American Construction Professionals Association’s (CACP) 2018 Construction Profession award. For over three decades, CACP has recognized outstanding construction and design professionals every year based on their project achievement, dedication to the community, and quality of service. The 2018 CACP award trophy and certification was presented by Congresswoman Judy Chu and California Assembly member Ed Chau.
The LCW Group’s creative team, led by Mr. Wang, has been involved in the planning and design of Luxehill Community in Changdu, China since 2004. Luxehill Community’s breakthrough landscape design has revolutionized the region’s high density projects. A 20,000 square meter large natural style lake runs through the center and serves as the major focal point for the parcel. It provides many garden pockets and scenic viewing opportunities for the residents; the high-rise buildings were plotted to orient toward the lake to provide abundant viewpoints. Numerous outdoor spaces and pocket parks link by the lakefront trail which perfectly integrates the various community amenity packages.
